Before you sign anything
- Do you build on a plot I already own?
- Yes — that is most of our work. We survey your plot, confirm setbacks and FAR, and design within the approved buildable area.
- How is payment structured?
- Against construction milestones, never in advance of work done. A booking amount on agreement, then staged payments at foundation, each slab, brickwork, finishing and handover.
- What if costs escalate mid-project?
- The per-sq.ft rate is fixed for the agreed scope. Cost changes only come from scope you add in writing, quoted before we start that item.
- Can I mix packages?
- Yes. Start from the package closest to you and upgrade individual categories — say Classic structure with Premium bathrooms. The quotation shows every change line by line.
- Is there a warranty?
- Ten years on structure, one year on workmanship and finishes, plus manufacturer warranties on all fittings, handed over in writing.
