ARKAVIA began as a land advisory in 2013 and grew into a company that lists property, verifies documents and builds houses. The through-line has not changed: make property decisions transparent enough that a first-time buyer can make them with confidence.

Property without the guesswork
Most property regret comes from information nobody shared: an unclear title, a boundary that does not match the survey, a builder who quoted one price and invoiced another. We exist to remove those surprises. Every listing on ARKAVIA is reviewed before it goes live, every construction quote is broken down line by line, and every document we rely on is one you get a copy of.
That is what the tagline on our mark means in practice — building tomorrow, empowering nations, enriching lives. It starts with one family, one plot, one honest transaction at a time.
Our vision
A platform owners actually trust
Owners should be able to sell land without handing 2% to an intermediary who never visits the site. Buyers should be able to compare listings on facts, not photographs. We are building the platform where both are true — free listings for owners, reviewed inventory for buyers, and a construction team that can turn a plot into a home without a third party in between.

Founded in Delhi NCR
Started as a two-person land advisory helping families verify titles before buying farm land.

First residential project
Delivered our first 24-unit residential block, moving from advisory into construction.

Turnkey construction arm
Launched fixed-price home building with in-house architects, engineers and site supervisors.

Owner listings platform
Opened the platform so any owner could list land or a house directly to verified buyers.

18 cities and counting
Over 1,200 listings published and 450 homes handed over across North India and beyond.

We would rather lose a sale than close one on a title we cannot verify. Every deal starts with paperwork, not persuasion.

The number we give you at the start is the number on the final invoice. No escalation clauses buried in an annexure.
